Mohammad AlDossary is an active member of many companies and charitable organizations. He is currently the chairman of Jubail Development Company, Bait AlMal AlKhaleji and Saudi Partnership Company (AlMushtarakah). He is also a board member of some Bahraini companies such as Real Capita and Saudi Investment House. Mr. Mohammad is playing a major role in operating the above Companies in addition to his participation in managing other companies as an esteemed board member. He is a member of the Saudi Lebanese Business Council and the Saudi Management Board. Mr. Mohammad was working with AlBank AlSaudi AlFransi in the International Brokerage section in the Eastern Regional Management office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia before joining ALDammam Development Company. He had a major role in the expansion of activities of ALDammam Development Company through his capabilities and efforts of inviting new major investors to participate in the formation of new companies in different types of businesses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or abroad.

Mr. Mohammad AlDossary graduated from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in Saudi Arabia with a Bachelor in Industrial Management. He has taken many courses in finance and banking which have strengthened his management capabilities.

Nabil Nasr is a  US licensed CPA with over 10 years of audit and tax experience in Deloitte & Touche, Bakr Abulkhair & Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Additionally, he was the Finance and Administrative manager at AlGosaibi Information Systems Co. Ltd., in K. S. A and its GCC branches for five years. His extensive experience in public accounting, finance and management has added further richness to his capabilities in strengthening the roots of Dammam Development Company, where he plays a key role of setting up the infrastructure of the finance and administrative departments in addition to his role of supporting and guiding the affiliated companies and other companies of the group through his continuous financial and administrative advisory services such as recommending policies and procedures to be applied, setting up the internal control systems and evaluation of crucial investment opportunities. He is a member of Saudi Organization of Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) and Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).

Nabil Nasr has an M.S. in Accounting & Taxation from Colorado State University, USA and a B.S. in Management Sciences (Major: Accounting) from King Faisal University, KSA. He is also a member of Colorado State Society of CPAs.

Engineer Tawfiq Boukhet worked at various positions in Algerian government, consulting offices and contracting companies. During his career he supervised many projects in Algeria, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and France.
