Job Description:
Al Dammam Development Company requires a full-time Program Help Desk Support Engineer/Technician.
Responsibilities:
1. Installation & troubleshooting of PCs, PBX telephones, Printers, Copiers, Scanners, Fax
machines.
2. Able to trace network and telephone cables, shifting PCs, telephones, Printer, Copiers, Scanners and Fax machines.
3. Able to create patch-cords, patch-panels and install wall jacks
4. Installation of system and application softwares
5. Configure nodes with existing servers for DNS and Exchange Services.
6. Effectively communicate with company staff and community customers using
verbal/written and email messaging
7. Handling confidential information in an appropriate manner
Position Qualifications:
1. Diploma holder or certified in Microsoft (MCSE) or equivalent education and
experience
2. Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office 2003, 2007 including MS Word,
PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Competency test will be required

1. Ability to work co-operatively
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Demonstrated planning, organizational ability and time management skills
